The present application has been filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C on behalf of the petitioner for grant of interim bail in FIR 570/2019 for the offences punishable under Section 397/411 IPC & 25/54/59 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Dwarka South. 2.

Pursuant to the order dated 24.08.2020, medical report dated 01.09.2020 is on record, relevant portion of medical report is reproduced as under:- "The inmate is a follow-up case of supra-umbilical hernia. He was last reviewed by jail visiting Senior Resident Surgery on 07.08.2020 as a follow-up case of supra-umbilical hernia and was provided symptomatic treatment in the form of oral medicines and was advised ultrasonography of abdomen.

The inmate is a case of peri-implantitis (infection surrounding dental implant) in lower front tooth region. BAIL APPLN. 2298/2020

He was last reviewed by jail dentist on 07.08.2020 wherein he gave complaints of pain in lower front tooth region. He was provided necessary treatment in the form of oral medicines accordingly.

The inmate was last reviewed by Senior Resident Psychiatry on 18.08.2020 wherein he reported improvement and requested to stop his psychiatric medicines. Accordingly, his psychiatric medicines were stopped."

Keeping in view the medical report, there is no urgency to release the petitioner on interim bail.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
