At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties inform that both the parities have been able to amicably settle all their matters in relation to the matrimonial dispute in question.

It is informed that under the aegis of Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini District Court, Delhi, the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and such terms are recorded in mediation settlement dated 28.08.2024 and in terms of the settlement, parties have decided to start living together. 3.

In terms of the settlement, petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing his present contempt petition.

Present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed in view of the aforesaid settlement.
