This is a petition, inter alia, praying that direction be issued to the Investigating Officer (IO) to release the petitioner in the event of his arrest in case FIR No.154/2019, registered under Sections 354, 323, 341 IPC with Police Station Mohan Garden, Delhi.

The said FIR was lodged on 04.04.2019 and the same is being investigated.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits, on instructions of the IO who is present in Court, that the petitioner has joined the investigation and the matter is being investigated. 3.
Since the petitioner has joined investigation and there is no allegation that he has not been cooperating with the IO, the petition is allowed. The
petitioner be granted anticipatory bail on furnishing a bail bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the I.O./ concerned S.H.O. This is subject to further conditions that (i) the petitioner shall not contact either the complainant or the witnesses; (ii) the petitioner shall cooperate with the I.O. and be present as and when called upon to do so; (iii) the petitioner shall not leave the N.C.T. of Delhi without informing the I.O.; and (iv) the petitioner shall give his mobile number to the I.O. and ensure that he is reachable at all times. 4.
It is clarified that if the I.O. feels that this order is required to be modified, he is at liberty to apply.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The pending application is also disposed of.
