The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0002/2020 under Sections 406/420/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Narela and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 3.

The FIR in question was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. He had alleged that the petitioner had induced him to enter into a transaction of supply and sale of paddy. He had supplied paddy to Tara Chand Rice Mills Private Limited at the instance of the petitioners. The petitioners were promoters and directors of the said company. consideration for the same but had defaulted in paying a sum of ₹1,52,12,503/-. He had further alleged that they had stopped responding to his phone calls and have since closed their company and had fled. 4.

Respondent no.2 has joined the proceedings and is identified by his counsel. He is present in the Court and he states that since he has resolved all his differences and disputes with the petitioners in terms of the Compromise Deed dated 03.07.2020. A copy of the same has been placed on record. He joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed.

The petitioners have also joined the proceedings and state that they have no grievances against respondent no.2.

In view of the statements made by the parties (petitioners and respondent no.2), this petition is allowed and FIR No.0002/2020 under Sections 406/420/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Narela and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 7.

The petition is disposed of.
