Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was served with the summons of the Court in March 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, further submitted that in the matter before the Trial only two witnesses are required to be examined by the Trial Court in the pre-charge evidence and seeks permission to withdraw the petition in case the Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and hear the arguments on charge within six months.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the direction to the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings and record the pre-charge evidence and hear the arguments on charge within six months. Pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn.
