CM APPL. 21059/2024- (for release of FDR amount) 1.

By way of this application, it has been brought out that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties, and a settlement agreement dated 07.03.2024 has been executed during the course of mediation. 2.

In terms of the said settlement agreement, it has been agreed between the parties that the amount deposited by the appellant in terms of the order dated 15.05.2019 i.e., 2/3rd of the decretal amount, be released to the respondent towards full and final settlement of all the claims of the respondent and in satisfaction of the judgment and decree dated 29.01.2019. 3.

In the circumstances, at joint request of counsel for the parties, the present appeal, alongwith pending application/s is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement dated 07.03.2024. 4.

appellant in this Court alongwith interest shall be released to the respondent, in terms of the settlement agreement dated 07.03.2024. 5.
