The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 23rd November, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 14992/2023. 2.

By way of the aforesaid order, following directions had been issued: "xxx xxx xxx

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation/application along with the copy of the instant petition as well as the certified copy of this order before Deputy Director, DDA, Vikas Sadan Netaji Nagar, New Delhi within two weeks from today. After receiving the detailed representation/application, the Deputy Director, DDA, Vikas Sadan Netaji Nagar, New Delhi is directed to dispose of the detailed representation/application after giving personal hearing to the petitioner and pass a detailed and reasoned order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six weeks. xxx xxx xxx"

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite filing a detailed representation with the respondents, the petitioner has not been called for any personal hearing, as yet. 4.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

He submits that the Delhi Development Authority ("DDA") is ready to give hearing to the petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court. 6.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the Deputy Director DDA, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi on 03rd May, 2024 at 02:00 PM.

It is directed that hearing shall be given to the petitioner in terms of the directions passed by this Court. Upon grant of personal hearing to the petitioner, the respondents shall pass a detailed and reasoned Speaking rd Order in accordance with the order dated 23 November, 2023, within a period of six weeks.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present petition, in case any grievance still survives.
