The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:

"a) Direct Respondent No. 1 & 2 to conduct and conclude regularisation process of the flat bearing number B - 52 of the petitioner situated at B-52, Air India Employees C.G.H.S. Ltd. Plot No. 9, Sector 3, Dwarka New Delhi-110078.

b) Direct Respondent No.

& to conclude the regularisation process of flat bearing B-52, Air India Employees C.G.H.S. Ltd. Plot No. 9, Sector 3, Dwarka New Delhi-110078 of the respondent in a time bound manner."

The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1/Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Delhi (RCS) submits that there was some controversy regarding whether certain documents have been furnished by the petitioner. to conclude the process as prayed for in a time bound manner. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for RCS, we direct the RCS to conclude the process and pass an order as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from date. 4.
