I.A. No. 39120/2024 (Application on behalf of the plaintiffs for refund of Court fees in favour of the plaintiffs' counsel) 1.
The present application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiffs under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") seeking refund of Court fees in favour of the plaintiffs' counsel. 2.
It is pointed out that vide order dated 08th April, 2024, the suit was decreed in favour of the plaintiffs, with further directions for refund of Court fees in favour of the plaintiffs.

It is submitted that the plaintiffs are not stationed in India and therefore, it is prayed that the Court fees be refunded to the counsel for the plaintiffs, i.e., Remfry & Sagar.

Letter of Authority has also been filed on behalf of the plaintiffs, wherein, the counsel for the plaintiffs have been authorised to collect the refund of Court fees on behalf of the plaintiffs. 5.

Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for defendant no. 1. 7.
Considering the submissions made before this Court and in the present application, it is directed that the refund of Court fees that had been allowed vide decree dated 08th April, 2024, shall be refunded to the plaintiffs' counsel in India, i.e., Remfry & Sagar. 8.
