CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRADEEP NANDRAJOG
O R D E R
% 30.05.2016 1.
The petitioner questions a notice issued under Section 50 of the Delhi Police Act, 1978. I am surprised that a writ petition has been admitted for the reason what has been questioned is a show cause notice. The petitioner had a remedy to respond thereto. If at all an externment order was passed cause of action would have accrued to question the same. 2.
By now, either proceedings have been dropped or an order passed. If passed, the petitioner may have questioned that or may have accepted that. 3.
Be that as it may, since none appears for the petitioner at the hearing today the writ petition is dismissed in default. 4.
No costs.
Crl.M.A.1735/2008 Dismissed as infructuous.
