CM 42899/2019 (for withdrawal of petition) & W.P.(C) 5250/2019 2.In this application, it is stated that during the pendency of the present petition, two institutions in which the Petitioner served, have been recognized and that the Petitioner, on that basis, wishes to make a fresh representation to the government for reconsideration of his request. He accordingly seeks to withdraw the present petition.

3. In view of above, the application is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

4. If Petitioner makes such a representation, the Respondents should endeavour to dispose it as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, not later than four weeks thereafter.

5. The Court has not expressed any view on merits of the above request of the Petitioner.

6. The next date i.e. 26th February, 2020, already fixed in the matter, stands cancelled.
