By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers:

"a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ, order or direction thereby setting aside Order No.

F.18/102/2003/2024-1l/HG/3026-27 dated 04.12.2024 accepting the recommendations / minutes of meeting of Sentence Review Board held on 30.08.2024 & 18.09.2024 thereby rejecting the premature release of the Petitioner;

b) Issue writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction for premature release the petitioner forthwith."

State and on instructions, informs that the case of the present petitioner will be considered afresh in the next meeting of Sentence Review Board which shall be conducted in light of the Judgments dated 11.06.2025 & 01.07.2025, passed by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court, in W.P. (CRL) 3429/2024 & W.P. (CRL) 1431/2023, titled as "Vikram Yadav v. State Govt. of NCT of Delhi" and "Santosh Kumar Singh v. State (Govt of the NCT) of Delhi" respectively.

In view thereof, the concerned authority is directed to decide the application of the petitioner, pending before it regarding grant of parole afresh in the next meeting of the Sentence Review Board which shall be conducted in light of the above-mentioned judgments, while also considering the present petition as a representation, under intimation to the petitioner.

In view of the above terms, the present petition stands disposed of. 7.
