% 14.09.2020 The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that CPIO, the respondent in the present petition, has wrongly stated that he had not received the request of the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005. The petitioner, who appears in person, submits that even the purported order passed by the First Appellate Authority was not communicated to the petitioner and has now been given to him only after the passing of the order of the Central Information Commission. The petitioner submits that the CIC should have inquired into this lapse of the CPIO and the First Appellate Authority.

In the peculiar facts of the present case and keeping in view the fact that there is no challenge to the order passed by the First Appellate

Authority on merit, I do not consider this as a fit case to exercise the writ jurisdiction.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
