% 10.03.2025 Ms. Puja S. Kalra, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the MCD submitted that the goods which are mentioned in the status report dated 19th September, 2024 shall be released as per the directions passed by the Predecessor Bench of this Court vide order dated 11th February, 2025. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petitioners are directed to appear before the officer concerned for releasing the said goods. The officer concerned is directed to release the goods to the petitioners upon payment of the challan.
