% 07.09.2016 Petitioners and respondent No.2 are known to each other. On the complaint of respondent No.2, FIR No.
819/2015 under Sections 448/380/506/34 IPC was registered against the petitioners at Police Station Kanjhawala.
Respondent No.2 alleged in the FIR that his mother had purchased a plot measuring 50 Sq. Yds. forming part of Khasra No. 597598, Lal Dora, Villagbe, Ghevra from one Sh. Saurabh Rana on 27th September 2004. Thereafter, she built one room and boundary wall in the said plot. On 21st November 2014 when respondent No.2 visited the said plot, he found that somebody had broken the lock and put their lock. Respondent No.2 called at No.100. In the meanwhile, the petitioners came
there and quarrelled with him. Petitioner had also removed certain articles lying in the room.
Petitioner and respondent No.2 have now settled their disputes amicably. Respondent No.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Manoj Dalal of Police Station Kanjhawala.
Respondent No.2 further submits that matter has been settled. Possession of the plot is with his mother. Respondent No.2 submits that he does not wish to pursue the FIR any further.
Keeping in mind that petitioners and respondent No.2 are living in the same village and they want to maintain harmonious relationship, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping them entangled in the criminal proceedings. Accordingly, in the interest of justice FIR No. 819/2015 under Sections 448/380/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kanjhawala, Delhi and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
