% 25.08.2020 (hearing through Video Conferencing) The status report of the State has been submitted pursuant to the application of the applicant having been investigated pursuant to order dated 24.8.2020 as a consequence of which as per the status report dated 24.8.2020 under the signatures of Inspector Ashok Kumar SHO Police Station Bhajanpura, the alleged weapon of offence i.e., the Danda has already been recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the applicant that the three other co-accused, namely, Kapil, Balraj and Dhupender @ Gony are already on anticipatory bail .
