The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 10 and 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:
"a) Initiate appropriate proceeding under article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Contempt of Court Act ,1971 for the wilful, deliberate & intentional violation of orders passed by this Hon'ble Court on 21.12.2023 in Writ Petition No 9928/2021 with an ulterior motive to abort its undertaking and affidavit dated 28.04.2012before the Apex Court without confining itself to the writ petitions pertaining to period between October , 2010 and October 2011;
b) Pass Such other and further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice." 3.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that out of 628 vendors, certain vendors had been removed contrary to the directions given in para 5 of the order dated 21.12.2023 passed in W.P.(C) 9928/2021, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. which is disputed by learned counsel for the respondents. 4.
Be that as it may, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition detailing the names of such vendors, who were alleged to have been removed contrary to the aforesaid directions.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
