W.P.(C) 5591/2020 & CM APPL. 20203/2020 The present petition has been filed by the petitioners feeling aggrieved of the non-adjudication of the complaint filed by the petitioners under Rule 22(3)(1)(i) of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior

Citizens Rules, 2017. The said complaint was filed on 16.10.2019. Having considered the submissions made, the petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate (South-East District) to adjudicate on the complaint filed by the petitioners positively within a period of four weeks from today.
