By way of the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner assails the transfer order dated 24.03.2026, whereby she has been transferred from Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh to New Delhi. 2.

In substance, the present Writ Petition is a mercy Petition filed by a widowed Armed Forces Personnel.

Learned counsel representing the Respondents submit that if the Petitioner makes a representation, her request for adjusting her somewhere near her Home Town shall be considered sympathetically. 4.
