By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 91/2025 dated 13.03.2025, registered at P.S. Hazrat Nizamuddin, District South East, Delhi, under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

After some hearing, Mr. Prashant Batra, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the petitioner's rights and remedies in the pending criminal proceedings.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submissions.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
