% 09.09.2020 (Hearing through Video Conferencing) The status report dated 7.9.2020 of the State under the signatures of the SHO, Police Station Palam Village is on the record. On behalf of the applicants it has been submitted that the applicants have been incarcerated since 19.8.2020 and no useful purpose would be served by further incarceration of the applicants. As per the MLC placed on record the injured is indicated to have received simple injuries. The injuries are also indicated, as per the FIR, to have been caused by a flower pot having been thrown on to the injured by one Rakesh @ Toni. The allegations against the applicants however are to the effect that when the police personnel had reached their house to make enquiries they had abused the police personnel and one Jhuman Singh Gehlot along with Rajesh started abusing the police personnel and assaulted them and the ladies also started to abuse the police personnel.

and the injured having been also discharged from the hospital on the same day i.e. 19.8.2020 and that there being no previous adverse antecedents, the applicants are allowed to be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one surety in the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the directions that:
• they shall not leave the city;
• they shall keep their mobile phones on at all times and shall drop a pin on the Google map to ensure that their location is available to the Investigating Officer; and • they shall commit no offence whatsoever.
In the event of there being any complaint, FIR, DD entry lodged against the applicants for commission of any offence whatsoever, the State shall bring it to the notice of the Court forthwith which would make the applicants liable for cancellation of the Bail. The application is disposed of.
It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that in the cause list at item No. 17 erroneously the name of the Police Station has been mentioned as Palam Airport which ought to read as Palam Village. which borne out to be correct from the FIR. The FIR No. 522/2020 relates to Police Station Palam Village. The Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the cause list and is also directed to be careful in future.
