O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 During the course of negotiations both the sides have agreed to settle the dispute for a total sum of Rs.3,00,000/- over and above the award, payable by the insurance company to the claimant, in the appeal for enhancement preferred by the appellant, towards the full and final settlement of the present claim. The amount shall be apportioned in terms of the impugned award. The amount be deposited within 45 days by the insurance company before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee lest interest @ 9% on the aforesaid amount shall be payable from the date of default. On the amount so deposited, it shall be so released to the claimants after completion of formalities.

In view of above nothing more remains to be done in this appeal, hence the appeal stands disposed of.
