Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to issue a fresh notice under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 under the correct Agreement to the concerned Parties and in case no action is taken on Section 21 notice, approach this Court once again by filing a fresh petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
