% 10.07.2019 Petitioner is in custody since 19th March, 2019 in FIR No. 95/2012, under Sections 406/498A/34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Ranhola, Delhi.

Petitioner is the resident of Rajasthan. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is old and ailing person of 80 years and is innocent.

Upon hearing and on perusal of status report, it is directed that petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹50,000/- with two local sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.

The bail application is accordingly disposed of. Dasti.
