Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge RC No. ACI/2012/(A)/0004, registered by the respondent under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 13(2) read with Sections 13(a)(d)(c) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, and all the consequential proceedings arising out of the same, at any future stage, as advised, in accordance with law.
