W.P.(CRL) 1308/2020 During the course of hearing, we have noticed that the petitioner has made highly irresponsible and uncalled for statements against the judiciary in Delhi, in general. In view of the said averments - which counsel for the petitioner was initially not willing to withdraw, we expressed our opinion that we would not entertain such a petition, and proceeded to dictate the order. order, that he would withdraw the writ petition and the scurrilous allegations made in the said petition and that he would file a fresh petition. We allow the said prayer of the counsel for the petitioner and dismiss the petition as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition confining to the facts of the case.
