% 02.12.2019 It is submitted by the counsels the matter has been settled amicably between the parties vide settlement agreement dated 22.10.2019 executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The settlement agreement is placed on record by the Mediation Centre.

The parties have agreed to settle their disputes in terms of para 1 to 11 of the agreement dated 22.10.2019 and admit to be bound by the terms and conditions of such settlement agreement and shall act according to what has been agreed amongst them before the learned mediator.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms of above. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. Since the matter has been settled before the mediation centre

the parties shall be entitled to refund of Court fee per provisions of The Court Fee Act. The TCR be returned forthwith. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
