CRL.M.A. 23359/2025 (for modification of order dated 07.07.2025) in W.P.(CRL) 1295/2025 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

It is clarified that by way of order dated 07.07.2025, the petitioner is directed to be released on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹10,000/- with one cash surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent.

All other conditions as imposed by order dated 07.07.2025 shall remain the same.
