Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that the property in question, i.e., Near Pillar no. 103 & 104, Opposite Petrol Pump, Ghitorny Forest Lane, New Delhi, which is subject matter of the writ petition, already stands booked for unauthorized construction on 28th March, 2025. Further, demolition notice has also been issued on 21st April, 2025.

Accordingly, it is directed that the MCD shall take requisite action against the unauthorized construction, existing in the said property, in accordance with law.
