This petition has been registered pursuant to directions dated 18.05.2026 issued by the learned Registrar General. 2.
The case concerns the transfer of proceedings registered as Sessions Case No. 693/2025, which is presently pending before the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge ["ASJ"]-02, Special Judge (NDPS), East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. The chargesheet includes offences under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 ["Act"], for which the aforesaid Court is the designated Special Court.

The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, by order dated 05.05.2026, thereafter referred the matter to this Court, as the Court of ASJ-02 is the only designated Court for matters arising under the said Act. 4.

East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, is transferred to the designated Court under the said Act in the North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

The proceedings be placed before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, on 30.05.2026 for further directions.
