This is an Application filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking restoration of the present Petition, which was dismissed in default and for non-prosecution by the Order dated 28.11.2024 passed by this Court. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that previously, the matter was being handled by a Counsel, who had passed away and therefore no one has appeared on the last two dates of hearing. 3.

Issue Notice.

3.1 On steps being taken, let Notice be served on the Respondents via all modes. An Affidavit of service be filed within a period of one week. 4.

List before the concerned Registrar on 19.02.2025 for completion of service.
