Writ Petition under Article 226 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0533/2019 under Sections 420/506/34 IPC registered at P.S.Sector 23, Dwarka, Delhi on the basis of the Compromise Deed dated 26.05.2023. 2.

None is present on behalf of the petitioner.

Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that petitioner though has entered into the Compromise Deed but is not complying with the terms of the settlement.
