Issue notice. Mr. K.K. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1 - Jamia Millia Islamia ["University"] and Mr. Aditya Vikram, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 2 - Union of India. 2.

respondent No. 1 - University, has filed this writ petition seeking directions to allow him to switch from the New Pension Scheme to the Old Pension Scheme under the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972. It is stated that he has made several representations to the University, none of which have been answered. 3.

Mr. Mishra submits that the University will take a reasoned decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within six weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition be treated as a representation before the University, which will be disposed of by a reasoned order within six weeks.

All rights and remedies of all the parties are reserved. 6.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
