After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to agitate all the points, raised herein, before the learned Trial Court at the stage of arguments on charge. 2.
Learned APP for the State submits that he would have no objection if the abovesaid liberty is granted.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, as not pressed. 4.
