Present appeal has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 19th March, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. (C) 4181/2024, whereby notice was issued in the writ petition filed by the respondentConsultant and paragraph 5 of the impugned blacklisting letter dated 11th March, 2024 was stayed till the next date of hearing. 2.
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the parties suggest, with which suggestion this Court is in agreement, that it would be appropriate to dispose of the present appeal with a direction to the parties to complete the pleadings in the underlying writ petition within ten days (five days for filing the counter affidavit and five days for filing the rejoinder The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
