The present petition assails order dated 19th February, 2019 passed by the Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts in CC No. 115/2017 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 fixing maintenance.

It is noticed that there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner on 14th September, 2023, 23rd January, 2024, 03rd May, 2024 and 25th September, 2024. Although, on 03rd May, 2024 and 25th September, 2024, no proceedings were held as the Hon'ble Judge was on leave. Nonetheless, even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. It thus, appears that the Petitioner does not wish to pursue the present proceedings. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed in default and for nonprosecution.
