At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the name of the Petitioner is Jugnu and not Md. Jugnu. Registry to correct the cause title of the case as "Jugnu vs. State". 2.

By this application the petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that his wife is suffering from back pain as also liver problem. 3.

After some arguments the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
