% 18.02.2016 CM APPL. NO. 5117 & 5118/2016 Exemption, as prayed for, is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed off.

W.P.(C) 1158/2016 & CM APPL. NO. 5116/2016 The petitioner impugns his transfer order dated 15.10.2015 transferring him to the Chandigarh region from the Indraprastha Regional Office at New Delhi, as well as the communication dated 12.11.2015 whereby his representation against the proposed transfer was also rejected. He prays that he be retained at the current place of posting for one year. Issue notice.

Counsel for the respondents accepts notice and points out that as a matter of fact, the petitioner has already reported for duty and joined the office at Chandigarh, where she was transferred. Furthermore, the representation against a transfer was made by the petitioner to the Regional Manager, Chandigarh, who has rejected the representation on 12.11.2015 also at Chandigarh. Furthermore, the concerned Regional Manager has also not been impleaded as a party in this matter. At this juncture, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the petition any further and to withdraw the same. He states that he shall take all appropriate steps that may be available to the petitioner for such relief to which she may be entitled.

The petition is dismissed as not pressed.
