The Petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Section 151 CPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a period of nine months from 12.04.2024, when the mandate has expired. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended.

In view of the submissions made, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by nine months from the date it is expired i.e. 12.04.2024.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
