This is a petition u/s 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of 6 months with effect from 28.02.2024 for making an award.

It is stated that it was only on account of financial reasons that the Arbitral Tribunal could not complete the arbitration proceedings. 6.
