The petition is for the following relief:

"(I). Allow the present Writ Petition and issue Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ / directions in favour of the Petitioner; (II) Direct Respondent no. 1 to get the property free from encroachment and hand over physical and vacant possession of the same to the Petitioner;

(III) Direct the Respondent No.2 to get the property demarcated and per rules"

The first and foremost prayer is to get the property demarcated in accordance with law. The petitioner seems to have filed an application before the concerned Tehsildar seeking demarcation. 3.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the instant case, the Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with the following directions:

I.

Let the petitioner to file afresh application seeking demarcation before the concerned Tehsildar within a period of two weeks from today. If the petitioner does so, let the same be considered by the concerned Tehsildar in accordance with law with due expedition; II.

Let the said application be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the application.

III.

If the petitioner has already paid the requisite fees, let the same be adjusted.

If after the demarcation, the petitioner feels that there is any encroachment, she shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.

Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
