In furtherance of last order, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions of his client seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to him to continue in possession of the subject premises for a period of six months during which he shall pay use and occupation charges to the respondent at the rate of Rs. 5,000/- per month. Learned counsel for respondent on instructions expresses consent. 2.
Accordingly, as requested, the present petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the directions that the petitioner shall vacate the subject premises on or before 20.11.2024 and till then operation of the impugned eviction order shall remain stayed provided that the petitioner pays to the respondent on or before 01st day of each calendar month starting from 01.06.2024 a sum of Rs. 5,000/- per month The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. towards use and occupation charges.
