In this second call, learned counsel for both sides on instructions of their respective clients submit that they have compromised the disputes whereby, the petitioner shall vacate the subject premises on or before The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 31.12.2024 and till then, the petitioner shall pay to the respondent a sum of Rs. 5,000/- per month towards use and occupation charges. It is agreed between the parties that the present respondent shall withdraw the proceedings under Section 14 (1)(a) of the Act within one month of receiving possession of the subject premises. It is also agreed between the parties that the respondent gives up all financial claims against the petitioner for the period till April, 2024.

With the above settlement terms, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions of his client present in Court seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, directing that till 31.12.2024, operation of the impugned eviction order shall remain stayed but in case the petitioner does not vacate the subject premises by 31.12.2024, the respondent shall be at liberty to get the impugned eviction order executed by way of proceedings in accordance with law. 5.
