% 21.03.2016 CS(OS) 270/2009 Learned counsels for parties have jointly submitted that original suit filed by the plaintiffs was with respect to five immovable properties and also for declaration and injunction and the suit was valued for the purpose of partition at Rs.2 crore but vide order dated 01.12.2010, two of such said immovable properties at Sr. No.(iii) & (v) as mentioned in relief clause (a), were deleted and hence jurisdiction value of the present suit is less than Rs.2 crore and since it is non-commercial suit, therefore, the same may be transferred to the concerned District Court having pecuniary and territorial jurisdiction. Accordingly, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld.
