The present transfer petition arises out of the letter dated 15.04.2024 received from the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi stating that the matter has to be transferred to the Special Designated Courts at Rouse Avenue, New Delhi as one of the accused in the present FIR is a former Member of Delhi Legislative Assembly. 2.
Accordingly, the present Transfer Petition is allowed. 3.
It is directed that the proceedings in CR No. 641/2022 titled as "Shiv Kumar Saxena Vs. State", under Sections 397/399 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.'), be transferred to the Special Designated Courts at Rouse Avenue, New Delhi.

Let a copy of this Order be sent to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Rouse Avenue, New Delhi for information, compliance thereto, and for allocation to the appropriate Court.
