% 18.05.2016 This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking summoning of the witnesses in terms of Para 4(E) of the petition.

It is noted, that the summoning of the witnesses as sought in this petition, has been allowed by the learned Arbitrator vide his order dated December 3, 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, now, the proceedings have been adjourned to 11th and 12th July, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the witnesses at serial Nos. 1, 2 & 3 be summoned for 11th July, 2016 and the witnesses at serial

Nos. 4 to 6 for 12th July, 2016. Accordingly, summons be issued for appearance of the witnesses in terms of Para 4(E) before the learned Arbitrator at A-384, Lower Ground Floor, Defence Colony, New Delhi-24 for 11th and 12th July, 2016 at 3.30 p.m. with the relevant record(s). The summons shall be accompanied with a copy of the petition. The petition stands disposed of.
