None appears for the respondents, despite service. 3.

The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that

the suit bearing CS No.988/2018 captioned 'Raj Kumar & Anr. v. Smt. Omwati' and suit bearing CS No.987/2018 captioned 'Raj Kumar & Anr. v. Krishan Pal & Anr.' be transferred from the District Court, Shahdara, Delhi to the District and Sessions Judge, East District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi. 4.

The petitioner states that the said suits pertain to a property bearing no. F-137, Gali No.13 and 14, Ambedkar Gate, Jagatpuri, Delhi, which falls within the jurisdiction of East District.

In view of the said averments, the present petitions are allowed and the said suits - CS No.988/2018 captioned 'Raj Kumar & Anr. v. Smt. Omwati' and suit bearing CS No.987/2018 captioned 'Raj Kumar & Anr. v. Krishan Pal & Anr.' - are transferred from the District Court, Shahdara, Delhi to the District and Sessions Judge, East District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.

The parties are directed to appear before the concerned court on 03.06.2019.
