The present petition alleges unauthorized construction at property bearing No.WZ-128, Gali No.6,Virender Nagar, New Delhi-110058. 2.

Learned counsel for MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property in question has been booked on 24.04.2024 for encroachment on public land.
