The present petition under Sections 2(b) and 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent /contemnor for having willfully and intentionally violated the terms of the undertaking/order dated 12.02.2019 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, mutual consent petition dated 20/3/2019 and also for having acted in violation of the order dated 26.04.2019 passed by the Family Court, Tis Hazari, and also order dated 16.04.2019 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and award appropriate punishment by sentencing the respondent to six months of imprisonment in accordance with the provisions of Contempt of Courts, 1971.

b) Directions be passed against the respondent to restore the breach committed by him qua the Undertaking/order dated 12.02.2019 and also the affidavit given by him dated 20/3/2019 and the order passed by the Family Court, Tis Hazari, New Delhi dated 26/04/2019 by payment of the amount of Rs. 35 lacs in favour of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the petitioner and transferring the flat, i.e Apartment No. PIA 156 at DLF Princeton Estate, Gurgaon with parking no. IAC-26 in the joint name of petitioner and their son, Mr. Shaurya Khurana. b) Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner today. 4.

There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner from 14.03.2022, except for one occasion, i.e., 19.02.2025 wherein, it was recorded that, 'Advocate (appearance not given)'.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default for non prosecution and disposed of.
