SWAROOP NAGAR on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties.

SI Rocky PS Swaroop Nagar is present in Court and submits that there is one another Victim i.e. Mr. Anil. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the fresh petition. Leave and liberty granted.
